Shipping Policy
This shipping policy is for Legendary Card Shop and was updated 6/5/2023
1. Shipping and Delivery Options:
Shipping is determined by weight of the items in your order.
2. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within three (3) business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer, unless your order is delivered standard mail.
3. Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about and order, please contact us at legendarycards@yahoo.com
4. Returns
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted, unless specified in our return policy (please see the return policy for exceptions).
5. Delayed Orders
In case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the items status.

Return & Exchange Policy
Note: Our return and exchange policies vary by product type.
Singles policy:
Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns or exchanges on singles, with the exceptions listed below.
-Item(s) damaged in transit
-Item(s) not of the advertised grade
-Item(s) covered by our Ban and Reprint Protection Policy
Sealed Product, Supplies and Apparel Policy:
We do accept returns and exchanges on sealed product, supplies, and apparel. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your request is approved. We can only accept returns for unopened items. We will issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping, once we receive the return and inspect the condition on the items in question.

1. Contact2. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer or in a package originally used to deliver the item.
3. Include the original order invoice or order number so we can locate your order in our system.

5. Drop your package off at your designated carrier's location. While the post office is a safe and secure form of shipment, we recommend shipping through UPS or FedEx for returns exceeding $500.00 due to their comprehensive tracking and automatic insurance.
6. When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your return or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to five (5) business days to be posted to your account.
